Our Rates & Accepted Insurance
Insurance
We accept Anthem, BCBS, Aetna, UMR, Optum, Oscar, VA CCN, Cigna and United Healthcare insurance. We also accept the following Medicaid Programs. La- LHCC, Healthy Blue, Aetna Better Health, and United Healthcare Community Plan. We accept Texas Medicaid and Georgia Peach State plan. If applicable, you must contact your insurance company to determine your out-of-pocket cost per session. We also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
Out-of-Network Providers
If you have insurance through a provider your therapist does not accept. You may receive full or partial reimbursement for services you have paid out of pocket. We can provide a "Super Bill" for those looking to use out-of-network benefits. Please reach out to your insurance provider for more information.
Cancellation Policy.
We prioritize our clients by holding space for each person we see. When clients cancel an appointment, our therapists offer that space to other clients who need an appointment that week. Our cancellation policy requires we are notified of all non-emergency cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. If you want to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so with the office with at least 24-hour notice. The entire session fee is charged for missed appointments or no-show with less than 24-hour notice. A fee of $75 will be charged for each late cancellation. Insurance does not cover the cost of a missed appointment.
