Tera Rattler, LPC, NCC
Tera Rattler is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas and Louisiana. She received her MA from Louisiana Tech University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has worked in the mental health field since 2016. She enjoys assisting others find ways to improve their lives and also by way of fitness, nutrition, and bodybuilding. She thinks it is optimal to explore the connection of mental health and overall wellness through mind and body.
